PRIVATE TRAINING (RECREATIONAL)

Private training applies exclusively to you and your specific needs. 

Each person is different, which means that the training program for each person is not the same. Someone wants to lose extra weight, someone has problems with their back, knee or neck due to the specifics of their job, or someone wants to improve their performance in the sport they play. Private training is a great solution for anyone who is not sure what to do to reach their goal, but make sure that with this way of training you are investing in long-term knowledge with which you will be able to train independently in the future, confident in what you are doing (correct technique of performing exercises that are best for you).

Taking time out of your busy schedule to hit the gym isn't always possible. Finding motivation is a problem itself, but what happens when you actually get to the gym. Do you really feel confident that you know which exercises will lead to results, or do you just kind of stare at the equipment and decide to do something. Workouts downloaded from several Youtube or Instagram channels will not take you very far because they are not intended for your current condition and goal. An expert is needed who will diagnose the condition of the body:

  • Health condition

  • Anthropometric measurements

  • Aerobic ability test

  • Test of strength and endurance

  • Flexibility test

  • Mobility test

A private trainer will encourage you to do difficult workouts specially designed for you.
