Group training (max 4 people) with a functional approach is a great solution for anyone who is just planning to get involved in some form of work and their current budget does not fit into an individual approach or simply likes to train in a group format. The choice of exercises and intensity is adjusted to the current condition of the individual to avoid injury. We pay special attention to the form and performance and only after the correct form of the exercise is shown exercise progression is done by adding external load (weights) or increasing the difficulty of the exercise.
