ATTENDANCE & HYGIENE RULES – GROUP TRAINING
To ensure a pleasant, safe, and high-quality training experience for all members, we kindly ask you to follow the rules below.
ATTENDANCE
Arriving on time
Members are asked to arrive a few minutes before the scheduled training session so they have enough time to prepare.
Late arrival
If you arrive late, please enter the training area quietly and carefully so as not to disturb other members. The trainer may determine whether it is safe for you to join a session that has already started.
Regular attendance
Regular attendance is important for achieving progress and maintaining the quality and organization of group training sessions.
Cancellation of attendance
If you are unable to attend a scheduled training session, please cancel your attendance as early as possible so that the spot can be offered to another member.
Illness and symptoms
Please do not attend training if you have a fever, an acute infection, or other symptoms that could potentially put other members at risk of infection. We recommend returning to training once you have fully recovered.
HYGIENE
Clean sportswear
Members are required to wear clean and appropriate sports clothing during training.
Clean indoor training shoes
Clean sports shoes suitable for indoor training are required when training in the gym/studio.
Towel
Using a towel during training is mandatory. Towels should be used to protect benches, mats, and other equipment where appropriate.
Water bottle
We recommend bringing and using your own water bottle. Sharing bottles or cups is not recommended.
Personal hygiene
Please maintain good personal hygiene during training.
Cleanliness of the facility and equipment
After using equipment, please return it to its designated place and, where applicable, wipe down or disinfect surfaces that have been in contact with the body.
RESPECT FOR OTHER MEMBERS
Training is a shared environment. We ask all members to respect the trainer, other members, the facility, and the equipment.
Behavior that disrupts the training of others or compromises their safety is not permitted.
The trainer has the right to intervene if they determine that certain behavior, a health condition, or the use of equipment presents a risk to the member or others.
Thank you for helping us maintain a clean, safe, respectful, and welcoming training environment for everyone at PROGYM.
